Tomorrowland is expanding its reach beyond its status as a premier global music festival by launching the Tomorrowland Online Academy, an innovative online program designed for aspiring DJs and producers. This move allows Tomorrowland to leverage technology to break down physical barriers, offering artists worldwide the chance to engage with their content. The academy initially started offering in-person classes in the summer of 2022, where children and adults could learn various skills directly from industry insiders. With the shift to digital, the Tomorrowland Academy is offering an even broader audience the opportunity to learn about DJing and music production, reflecting Tomorrowland’s commitment to fostering talent and education within the electronic music landscape.

How Does The Online Program Work?

With an online academy membership, you only need to pay a £15 monthly subscription fee to access all beginner courses. The instructors include top industry experts and Tomorrowland artists such as James Hype, Laidback Luke, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Annabel, and more. Members also receive free monthly credits that can be used to access tools such as learning materials, samples, and project files to enhance your learning experience. Members can submit their DJ mixes and demo productions to receive feedback from professionals via livestream. Students can also use the demos to participate in remix competitions.

Exclusive Masterclass

Students can explore the exclusive masterclass store as an addition to their subscription or directly purchase masterclasses from their favourite artists, including Laidback Luke, James Hype (coming soon), and Agents of Time (coming soon).

The Bootcamp

As they gear up for Tomorrowland Belgium July 2024, the Tomorrowland Academy is also hosting another series of electrifying kids & adult DJ bootcamps right beside the vibrant festival grounds of De Schorre. Dive into a week packed with DJing, producing, inspirational talks from industry gurus, networking opportunities, and much more. This bootcamp is inclusive, separating students into groups based on their skills and experiences, ensuring that whether you are an amateur or more experienced, there’s a place for you.
